aw, man. c’mon. it’s one of my favorite things about thursday nights. i guess the show only gets like 4 million viewers or soemthing, and they’re going to limit it to 13 shows instead of the scheduled 22. the problem is, is that every year is an episode, and 22 years is the span between when the show started and when it’s going to catch up to the present. so unless they do some fancy editing, i’m fucked. hopefully it will just go straight to dvd, and i can find out what happened to all my best friends.

i’ve been trying pretty hard to put on weight, so steak/potatoes and eggs (on a seperate plate) are my meal of choice most nights. it’s hard to tell the size of things in a photo with no size reference, but that’s a pretty large plate.

A plane is standing on runway that can move (some sort of band conveyer). The plane moves in one direction, while the conveyer moves in the opposite direction. This conveyer has a control system that tracks the plane speed and tunes the speed of the conveyer to be exactly the same (but in opposite direction).

The question is:

Will the plane take off or not? Will it be able to run up and take off?”

“SAGUENAY, Quebec - A 15-year-old girl with a peanut allergy died after kissing her boyfriend, who had just eaten a peanut butter snack, hospital officials said Monday.

Christina Desforges died in a Quebec hospital Wednesday after doctors were unable to treat her allergic reaction to the kiss the previous weekend.

Desforges, who lived in Saguenay, about 155 miles north of Quebec City, was almost immediately given a shot of adrenaline, a standard tool for treating the anaphylactic shock brought on by a peanut allergy, officials said.

An autopsy was being performed. Dr. Nina Verreault, an allergist at the Chicoutimi Hospital in Saguenay, declined to comment on the case.

The symptoms of peanut allergy can include hives, plunging blood pressure and swelling of the face and throat, which can block breathing.

Peanut allergies have been rising in recent decades. The reason remains unclear but one study found that baby creams or lotions with peanut oil may cause children to develop allergies later in life.

About 1.5 million Americans are severely allergic to even the smallest trace of peanuts and peanut allergies account for 50 to 100 deaths in the United States each year. Canadian figures were not immediately available.”

it’s so hard to come back to work after 4 days off. at least i only have 3 more weeks, then i have 10 days off during my company shut-down :)

yesterday takako and i had a picnic in the park and then played catch with our newly acquired baseball gloves. she beat me at this stupid pitching game we came up with and i was kinda pissed, but she was on some baseball team back in highschool. those folks are baseball crazy. later we went and got ice cream then pretty much just lounged around for the rest of the day. lazy days are a nice change of pace, especially with fall weather finally finding it’s way to long beach.

dinner was pretty great. costin and my dad came over to my mom’s place and the turkey was perfect! afterwards we did the traditional movie, and saw ‘harry potter and the something something faggot’ it was cool, but way long, and all the romanian wine and beer, triptophan (sp?), on top of it being like midnight made it hard to stay awake. other than poor ben having to go to the hospital, it was a good thanksgiving.

on friday we went and visited ben again at the hospital and then me and costin went to the gym. afterwards we met up with hector, star, david, otis (all cams people!) and his girlfriend and drank in downtown long beach. later on melissa and steph drove up to the hood and we all headed down to v2o. i have that hookup, so we all got in free and partied. and since i hooked up the tickets, the girls bought me drinks, and a fun night that should’ve been expensive was practically free.

tonite it’s crazy cold and windy. it feels like winter is finally making it’s way in.

yeh, poor guy had a appendicitis and is in the hospital. he just got out of surgery a few mins ago, and he didn’t die, so it’s all good. i think he’s gonna be at there for the next couple of days (the kaiser harbor memorial facility in harbor city). so yeh, keep him in your thoughts yo.

last weekend we helped eric move into a huge new house. i still haven’t gotten my dinner, btw!
