11% and counting down
i’m gonna slow the intensity of my cardio/dieting once i get to 9%, and then i’ll do my best to just enjoy the summer. the weight really has come off super quick, i’ve only been on a cutting cycle for a month, and i’ve lost over 15lbs and 6% bodyfat so far. i’ve kept some muscle mass, and i’ve started to get some definition in the abs (doesn’t really show in the pic, combo of flash/just ate dinner (i know excuses, excuses =p))
anyway sorry for the homo-eroticness. it’s my blog and i can gay it up if i want to <3.
